Studio
Only 1 studio which can accommodate up to 20 students maximum.
Environment
A small office lot located at 1st floor but nice, quiet and comfortable. Should be quite safe as it located opposite to a small police station. However, it is more convenient for those staying within or nearby this residential area as it is slightly further inside to access from the Jalan Cheras main road.
Parking
Free and there are ample of parking lots outside the shop/office lot except Wed evening as there is a ‘pasar malam’.
Type of Classes
Similar to YZ – Yoga Basic, Hatha (Basic/Intermediate), Yin, Yogilates, Fitball, Kids Yoga and Rhythm Yoga.
Schedule
- Schedule released on monthly basis, so that students can have a better planning.
- Weekdays – 4 classes a day (2 morning & 2 evening / 1 morning, 1 afternoon & 2 evening).
- Weekend – 2 to 3 classes only.
Teachers
Currently all are ex-YZ teachers, i.e. Sharon, Ti Mei, Christy and Lai Yee.
Fees
- Registration Fee @ RM30.
- 1st trial class is charged @ RM12.99 but is refundable upon the registration.
- Limited Class
4x lessons @ RM88 (sign up 3 months @ RM264, and get FOC 4x lessons).
8x lessons @ RM118 (sign up 3 months @ RM354, and get FOC 8x lessons). - Unlimited Classes
RM138 for 1 month.
RM368 for 3 months.
RM688 for 6 months.
RM1,288 for 1 year and get FOC 1 month. - Kid Yoga @ RM98 (4x lessons per month).
- Note: Credit card payment service is available.

Really a nice place, but Cheras is a dread place to me as it is always heavy traffic and jam :p
I was at YZ plaza damas today. The changing room was so dirty with hair, balls of hair all over the floor, the bathroom was stinking & the toilet bowls were so dirty with all stained. Mats in the studio were placed all over the room. Regretted that I forgot to bring my own mat-those there were smelling of sweat.
I thought that by now, the club should be running smoothly & the place spruced up & cleaned. Definately not cleaned. I hope it gets better before 1st Oct as I really hesitate to sign up if the conditions doesn't improve!!!
How abt Kepong outlet. It the situation like P. Damas?

It's very near to serdang, there is a shortcut road from balakong to Bandar Damai Perdana (10 min driving time). No need to use cheras road.

Okay people, I've tried their Basic lesson at Life Yoga.Its pretty "basic" lol. Anyway, I have sign up their 16 lesson class and shall try other classes. I wonder is there any Life Yoga student here?

I'm the student there but seldom attend the classes lately.
They have implemented more differnt classes such AeroDynamic and YogaJazz but limited classes, once a week only.
I personally found this is a nice yoga center for beginners up till moderate pratitioners as the teachers there are patient for the beginners. However, advance students may find bored. Someone from ex-YogaZone student told me that she improved very fast when practised in YogaZone but found slow down a lot when she joined Life Yoga. Anyway, she has signed-up with Energy and enjoy the classes there.
