Tribal Style Belly Dance

Happy New Year to everyone. Quite some time didn't drop any note here and miss you all. Thanks for some of your concerns and email greetings and I'm fine, just a bit busy and facing some challenges at work. Anyway, hope the year of OX 2009 brings everyone good health, great success and peace in practising yoga.

Just receive a piece of information about "Tribal Style Belly Dance" taught by Nanci Traynor. There will be a free trial class on this Sat at KLPAC and below are the details:

Date: 7th Feb 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Location: KualaLumpur Performing Art Centre (KL Pac)
Website: www.klpac.com

Event: Tribal Belly Dance Class (18 years and above)
Host: Nanci Traynor
Description: Tribal Style Belly originated in San Francisco in the 1960’s. The movements of this style are based on traditional dance from North Africa, India and Eastern Europe. Tribal Belly Dance builds unity, creates feminine strength and gives a sense of belonging. The movements are improvised and performed in a group. Nanci Traynor has a special ability of simplifying movements so all students can understand.

It sounds interesting. Those yoga lovers who also love dancing, should pay a visit there... Below is a simple map to KL Pac.

Can KLpac reach ny LRT?

This is good. Organise the yogathon and at the same time promoting the center. Good strategies.

i'm sad about all the so-called yoga teachers and faithful yoga practitioners, now I only believe in TJ, world yoga day is not organized locally but internationally. If TJ is part of yoga365, then he again is the Guru of yoga world in Malaysia, a con man will not con the same industry for twice or going to the same country to con.

Dear yoga people, wake up! those who pointing fingers at others simply because they have no capability to compete fairly.

All those who have been portraying yourselves as sincere yogis, will you be there this Sunday? Will you really let go and be part of this meaningful day as you are all the while unaware of the event?

you can choose to keep on attacking others, but the more you attack, we will support more.

Thanks, yoga365, for the awareness of the world yoga day. See you this coming Sunday.

it's tiring to see all this. Same group, same tactic, trying to make it a hot topic here. There are so many yoga centers out there, but only one or two always getting the most comments over here. What's their similarities, we all very clear. You irritates me dear. (Yogalover, i didna't mean you la)

hi,
firstly, the 'no name' comments always doesn't gain my faith or trust, and i categorize them as 'spam comments', do you agree, 'anonymous'@9.52pm?

I can understand the feeling of those people that have to be all the while alert now as they can smell that something is going to happen some where at some time from now; do you know the most updated news that Perak is taken back by BN?

Last but not least, if you are tiring of that one or two yoga centers, why not letting go of the tiredness by joining the yogathon this coming Sunday? I'll be there, look for me, my name is Qiqi, so what's yours?

Hi Belinda,

I could understand how you feel after all the incidents happened lately in Malaysia. It might need to take some time to regain your confidence in the yoga centers in Malaysia, but no matter what happen, don't give up your yoga practice as all these incidents were caused by human acts and nothing wrong with yoga.

I'm here wishing you good health and enjoy your yoga life. Happy Always and Cheers ^_^

Hi Anonymous (6th Feb @ 9:52pm),

Don't worry, you are welcome to comment here. Thanks for your few lines of notes here but would appreciate if you could indicate a name (initial or nickname will do), so that we can recognise you and also have a courtesy to address you. I think QiQi wish to know you too.

Have a nice weekend. Cheers ^_^

===========================
Hi Qiqi,

Glad to know you here. I guess you are a kind hearted, sincere and energetic young lady with a nice name "QiQi".

Hope you won't be upset that some practitioners thougt that World Yoga Day was an event created by yoga365. I just visited their website and found that Malaysia has only yogaloft and yoga365 participated this great event this year. Be honest to you, I was not aware of this International Event until I just tried to search the word "World Yoga Day" thru Google Search. In order to support this meaningful event, we should help to create the awareness.

Wishing you enjoy the event this Sun and appreciate if you could share it with us here after the event. CHEERS ^_^

Visited the blogspot in 365. I just know that these comment actually can be control by the blogger to decide which comment to publish.

365's comments are subject to approval b4 published, means...they can choose those they want to show to the public to see lah...

aiyoh...anonymous 9.29pm, you are really dumb lah! of course can filter la, yogalover also always filter during "curfew" moment mah!

Yoga Lover said...

Hi anjua anjua,

First time seeing your comment and welcome to join the group here. But, I think the word "dumb" in your comment sounds a bit unfriendly to my guest "Anonymous (20 Feb 2009 @ 9:29pm)".

For my opinion, it is not ashamed or means dumb when we say "don't know" something and seek for advice. At least we learn it rather being the real dumb for not knowing it forever...

Cheers ^_^

it doesn't matter what anjua anjua said.
What I'm trying to understand here is the degree of control of all these comments post by the blogger.

Some blogger set that very thing allowed to post but later can delete some of the message displayed, however viewer still can see the mssg display 'comment has been deleted'. But some is immediately filter when they entered before posting.

Anyway, Now I know how these thing is function now. So, how reliable and secured of anything post in blog here can be justified even much clearer now.

Am I right, yogalover?
:-)

Yoga Lover said...

Yes, you are right!

The host of the blog has the full control whether to filter all the comments before it released. If they set this access and any comment is deleted, it would not be posted and known at all, except the person put on the comment.

Some bloggers would allow all the comments come in first but would delete whatever comment they disagree to reflect in their blog. If they remove it forever, some may have read it but some may not know anything once deleted. If they only delete it, then you will see that "comment has been deleted". It can be reinstated by the administrator if they want.

I apply the later one as I wish to let everyone to have freedom to share and voice. But, at one time I have no choice but to switch on the filter due to the terrible war where I found some of my dear bloggers here being insulted and upset. Anyway, it was over and I remove all the restriction now. Enjoy blogging here as long there is no harsh words, haha...

Glad that you are being open hearted and see things positive (I just judge on how you react). It is good and wish you have a nice weekend! Btw, how should I address you (if you don't mind to reveal here)?

Cheers ^_^
