If I am the investor, the only & one reason I buy over YZ is because of its large clientele of 20,000 members. Why? because they at least guarantee my future income stream & it is the most important thing I need to ensure for a service line business like yoga. So, what should I do to bring back the confidence of existing members especially knowing that a lot members have already ran away to competitors due to the current deep shit situation? Can I just look at short term gain and announce to all existing members that their membership with YZ is no longer valid & they need to pay me new fees if they want to continue. Will my announcement make them angry & they just stop & run away? I think the answer is definitely YES! So, what should I do? I think I should look at long term business & announce to all existing members that their contracts are remained unchange in order to boost up confidence and morale, because most of the existing members are 1-year members & few months down the road they will pay the renewal fees to continue, GC members will pay their annual maintenance fees, members will bring more relatives and friends to join & my business will grow & grow....

Hi Lee,

I totally agree with you and hope the potential/new investors (if any) do read your comment here and this is in fact the wish of all the YZ's members.

However, we have no idea about the true database of YZ's customers. Are there really have 20,000 members and only minority signed up as GC? All the numbers were given by TJ previously for publication. Is this number reliable? If there are too many GC, then the investors will have the trouble to maintain the same and high possiblility they may void all our memberships. Anyway, it is too early to comment and all are beyond our control until the genuine investors come into the picture. Hope there is outcome next week.
